Join us on a snowshoeing adventure in the beautiful High Tatra Mountains. Starting from the authentic village of Zdiar, you’ll be guided along scenic mountain trails which were once used by smugglers. Your route affords wonderful views of the stunning white peaks of the Belianske Tatras, the easternmost point of the High Tatra Mountains. The excursion includes equipment and is along relatively easy terrain, providing the perfect opportunity to try this fun activity.
Meet your guide at one of our many High Tatras pickup points and transfer by minibus to Zdiar. Here you will be kitted out with snowshoes and poles, and be briefed on the day’s excursion. You will walk about eight kms / four miles, which will take about five hours. Your driver will then return you to your starting village.
This trip operates daily, so you can pick a date that suits you. Choose a day between 20 December and 31 March.
